Today we're going to take a look at the LaSalle Bristol RV 12 volt LED interior bunk light with the fan. This will help you add light and improve circulation with this 12 volt fan/light combo. It's perfect for the bunk area of your RV, has a stretchable cord on it with a 12 volt DC male barrel plug and it's designed to plug into a 12 volt DC female barrel plug for power. It features a nice LED warm white lead reading light which will combine with the two speed fan and it easily mounts to the ten poles with these included clips.You can hang it vertically with this one clip at the top here. The fan will blow to the side and the light shines down, to if you notice on the back, you can hang it horizontally with these two clips and the fan will blow down and the light will shine to the side.Right here it has on and off switches for independent operation of the fan and the light. It's going to do a good job of giving you the light that you need where you need it.It can also be adjusted. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Gustafson RV LED reading light with button. This can be ceiling or wall mounted. It is a 3 watt LED, and it has a satin nickel finish.Now, this is gonna be a great small light to add a little extra illumination to any area in your RV, again, whether it's mounted on a wall or on the ceiling, but you'd also want to have it to be someplace where you can reach it, so you can turn it on and off with the button in the base.It is going to have that satin nickel finish to give it a nice modern, clean look, and it also can pivot as well as swivel, so our head can pivot from one side to the other about 180 degrees, not quite a full half-swivel there, or a half pivot, but, then it can also swivel, again, not quite a full 360 degrees, but pretty close to it, so that's gonna give us a lot of adjustability when it comes to getting this positioned right where we need it.It's also gonna be really small, so it's gonna be pretty easy to find a spot to mount this.One thing I would note that I noticed whenever I was looking at this is that the wiring on the back, we have our two wires for ground and for power, but then the wiring connection between our switch and the light itself, it kind of sticks up from that switch, and from our light itself, so you might need to cut a little relief hole for those wires to stick into, because it's just not gonna really sit flat against your ceiling or wall, or wherever you choose to mount this, so that is one thing to consider with this. You could, of course, kind of bend them out of the way, but then you run the risk of maybe damaging the connection there, so, just some things to keep in mind that I noticed with this light.As far as the overall dimensions, from the edge of the light to our base, with it all the way pointed out at its longest, it's gonna be about 5 inches long. Now, if you flip it over to the side, of course, it's gonna be a bit smaller, at about the smallest we can make it there, it's closer to about 3 1/4 of an inch. The base is going to be just over 2 inches, about 2 1/4 of an inch in diameter.Now, I'll connect it here to our power so you can get a better idea of just how bright this is going to be. more

Check it out.With the lens cover off, you can see that the incandescent bulb is a commonly-used 921 bulb.The dimensions are 12 inches long by 4 1/4 inches wide, and an inch and 13/16ths tall.Compared to LED options, they draw more power, they don't last as long, as there are bulbs to replace.The best reason to use these incandescent lights is if you already have incandescent lights and you want to be consistent. It features nine LEDs with a frosted lens, so not only is it going to be bright enough, but it won't be blinding to look at compared to some other LEDs with a clear lens. The on and off switch is easy to use and find even in the dark.It features a low profile design. You can see here, on a commonly used single dome camper light that it's not as thick, so it's not going to hang down as far. You're less likely to hit your head on it.
